Under the guidance of the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Shahd Abbas Al-Attar, the College administration organized a field visit to the veterinary clinic in the Yaychi district, accompanied by the teaching staff and veterinarians of the College. This visit comes as part of the summer practical program for fifth-year students. A visit was made to one of the farms in the area to familiarize the students with the health conditions and the proper medical environment that must be available for raising cattle. A number of animals were examined and treated, and the necessary medications were administered, while the farmer was advised to follow veterinary advice and guidelines to avoid side effects. This visit comes within the College's plan aimed at enhancing the health awareness of our students, which contributes to preparing veterinary medical personnel who possess the scientific and practical competence to serve our beloved governorate.
