The College of Veterinary Medicine organizes a seminar on communicable diseases prevalent in Kirkuk Governorate.

Fifth-year students at the College of Veterinary Medicine organized several seminars on the communicable diseases prevalent in Kirkuk Governorate. Ms. Riam Sami, the students’ supervisor, explained that these seminars are part of their summer application. In these seminars, the students explained the risks of the spread of these diseases and the ways to prevent them through accurate examination and diagnosis of all disease cases of animals to avoid their transmission to humans through contact with them or through eating meat or eating dairy and its derivatives. It is worth noting that these seminars help increase the veterinary medical information of students through the scientific research and studies they present.
