Within the series of voluntary activities for students of the College of Veterinary Medicine and in cooperation with the Veterinary Teaching Hospital and the private sector, a field visit was made to Kirkuk Equestrian Club, where students learned about the methods of raising horses, the nature of their daily lives, the mechanism of their reproduction, the problems they face, and the diseases that may affect them. Students and instructors conducted a comprehensive examination of the horses and took samples from them to conduct the necessary laboratory tests. The students expressed their great interest in these field visits that motivate them to develop their medical skills and increase their scientific and practical experiences
