English The College of Veterinary Medicine held a workshop entitled "Enhancing the Culture of Participation in the Decision-Making Process" in the presence of the Dean of the College and a number of students. The workshop included a lecture given by the Head of the Employment and Rehabilitation Unit, Eng. Abbas Najmuddin Saleh, in which he addressed the students' awareness of the importance of participation in collective decision-making due to its positive role in developing and enhancing individual and collective skills among students. The lecturer recommended the necessity of preparing an integrated program aimed at encouraging students to bear responsibility for the collective decisions they share, to reach clear and explicit positive results that enhance their self-confidence and individual abilities by respecting the opinion of others.
