The College of Veterinary Medicine holds a workshop entitled (The Student and the Campus).

Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine, Professor Kamal Ali Saleh, on Monday, February 19, 2024, the College of Veterinary Medicine held a large workshop by the College’s Guidance Unit entitled (The Student and the Campus), in the presence of a large number of students from all levels. The assistants, stage counselors, and the head of the Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit discussed the definition of the unit and its tasks, and the liaison and coordination sessions with other units and divisions, especially the Student Activities Division. The workshop lasted more than an hour, during which many guidance and educational matters, university regulations and instructions, the student’s relationship with the teacher, and his relationship with other members of the division and units were discussed. Scientific and administrative, highlighting the student’s rights and wrongs, and the role of the guidance unit in identifying educationally, psychologically and morally unhealthy cases and ways to treat and prevent them in cooperation with the college dean and relevant departments.
