On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the founding of the University of Kirkuk, the College of Veterinary Medicine participated in the central festival of the University of Kirkuk in its green squares on Thursday, 11/9/2023, where a joyful celebration was held in the gardens of the Internal Departments Directorate, and the ceremony was opened by the President of the University of Kirkuk, Professor Dr. Imran Jamal Hassan. In the presence of the Scientific Assistant, Professor Dr. Ahmed Abdel Ibrahim, and the Dean of the College, Professor Kamal Ali Saleh. The celebration included several student events and activities, including holding scientific and artistic exhibitions that included various handicrafts and crafts, making some awareness posters and leaflets, and displaying types of ornamental animals and their supplies. The Dean expressed his thanks and gratitude to all the faculty and staff of the college and to our students for their contribution to holding this wonderful exhibition, which gave the public an impression of the nature of the tasks of veterinary medicine in society, hoping for more progress and prosperity in all scientific, technical and cultural fields to serve our beloved university.
