On the occasion of National Sovereignty Day, I extend my warmest congratulations and best wishes to the people of our beloved Iraq, to the leadership of Kirkuk University—represented by the University President, Prof. Dr. Omran Jamal Hassan, and all its constituent bodies—as well as to the esteemed faculty, staff, and students of our college. I pray to God Almighty to protect our country and to perpetuate its security, safety, stability, prosperity, and well-being. Working hand in hand for the sake of the nation, we renew our pledge to continue our efforts and contributions toward solidifying the role of the academic institution in serving society and preparing generations capable of facing challenges while upholding the values and principles of citizenship, loyalty, and devotion to the homeland.
