The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine organizes a student hackathon

Under the guidance of the Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine, Professor Dr. Shahd Abbas Al-Attar, and as part of Global Entrepreneurship Week, the College of Veterinary Medicine organized a student hackathon within the college's technology incubator. The event included several diverse activities, such as a presentation of a project to manufacture prosthetic limbs by fourth-year students, a project on a live monitoring system for field animals using the Sinse Hub device by fifth-year students, and scientific tests conducted among students from different academic years. It is worth noting that this initiative stems from the college's commitment to creating a competitive scientific environment that contributes to enhancing students' abilities and skills, motivating them to excel, and encouraging their active participation in all educational, training, and scientific activities organized by the college. Professor Al-Attar presented certificates of appreciation and prizes to the participating students to motivate and encourage them to strive for excellence.
