The veterinary college receives a patient.

Under the guidance of the Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine, Professor Dr. Shahd Abbas Al-Attar, and in service of the educational and academic process and to develop the clinical skills of students, and within the activities of the Surgery and Obstetrics Department at the college, a case of a mare suffering from fibrosis (internal fibrosis of the hock joint) was reported, which hinders her movement and prevents her from walking. The condition was diagnosed after conducting the necessary clinical examinations, and the necessary medical treatments were given. The owner was advised to follow veterinary instructions and guidelines to avoid health complications. It is worth mentioning that all health and treatment services are provided free of charge.
