Master's thesis in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences discusses administrative control and its role in organizational cohesion in basketball
Headed by the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Ahmed Saber, the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Kirkuk discussed a master's thesis entitled Administrative control methods and their role in organizational cohesion in the sub-sports federations of basketball from the point of view of their administrative, training and arbitration staff in Iraq.
The thesis, presented by the student Sazan Omar Muhammad, and supervised by Professor Dr. Shaheen Ramzi Rafiq, aimed to build a scale of administrative control methods from the point of view of the administrative, training and arbitration staff in the sub-sports federations of basketball in Iraq, and to adapt the questionnaire to organizational cohesion, in addition to identifying the level of administrative control methods and the level of organizational cohesion.
On the sidelines of the discussion, the Dean of the College presented a letter of thanks and appreciation to the member of the discussion committee at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Salahuddin, Assistant Professor Dr. Tahseen Ali Ismail, for his distinguished efforts, keenness and support for the scientific process and its advancement.
