Human Resources Division

The Human Resources Division was established since the founding of the college.
Human Resources Division: The Human Resources Division is one of the divisions that is concerned with the administrative affairs of all teachers and employees in the college in all administrative aspects (promotions, bonuses, retirement, keeping track of all transactions, administrative books, and administrative orders and implementing them within the timings).

Maintenance and machinery unit:-
The unit was established since the founding of the college in 2013. This unit in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Kirkuk is one of the vital units that aims to serve this large scientific institution and permanently maintain its infrastructure. It was formed since the beginning of the college’s founding and is linked to the administrative assistant to carry out all immediate service and maintenance work, including maintaining electrical works and sanitary installations, and preparing for celebrations and events.

In addition to carrying out many rehabilitation works, such as covering departments and administrative units in the college, in addition to preparing the classrooms during exams and study days.

In the end, the duties of the unit official can be summarized in the following points:
1-Providing engineering and technical advice to the Dean on engineering and technical matters.

2- Preparing all studies and proposals related to the projects needed by the college.

3-Preparing maintenance schedules for college buildings and supervising the implementation of maintenance schedules.

4- Supervising the implementation of engineering and maintenance works within the college.
