The study aimed to know the effect of the role of the Deans model in developing social harmony and learning futsal skills for the research sample, preparing educational units according to the model, and developing social harmony among female students.
The study reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is that the program has an important role in developing futsal skills, and the use of educational units according to the Deans model had an effective impact in increasing learners’ motivation and self-reliance.
