English The College of Veterinary Medicine organized a workshop entitled Law of Discipline of State and Public Sector Employees No. (14) of 1991, in the presence of members of the college. The workshop, which was delivered by Dr. Mahmoud Adeeb Agha and the head of the Legal Division, Sazan Burhan Al-Din, included introducing employees to the job duties and tasks they are assigned throughout the years of service. These tasks are considered extremely important because of their significant impact on improving job performance, indicating that the law touched on some positive decisions that guarantee their rights related to their job performance and the impact of this on improving the quality of job performance. The workshop aimed to ensure that all employees in state departments are informed of the provisions of the State Employees Discipline Law, as it fully protects their functional, administrative, and legal rights.
