Veterinary Medicine is conducting a fumigation and disinfection campaign at the college

Members of the College of Veterinary Medicine conducted a fumigation and disinfection campaign for the college’s animal pen, where the presence of ticks, the intermediate carrier of hemorrhagic fever, was detected. The Clinic Division, represented by veterinarians Hussein Hashem, Hussein Khaled, and Raad Jabbar, in cooperation with the service employees, carried out a fumigation campaign with deltamethrin.For the animal house and the animals in it, and for her part, the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Shahad Abbas Al-Attar, stressed the necessity of sterilizing and disinfecting the animal pen on an ongoing basis to eliminate the ticks that transmit this disease and to avoid any infections or complications in the pen.
