Dr. Qasim Sakran Abbas, a lecturer at the College of Veterinary Medicine, was selected as an evaluator and reviewer for two international research papers. The first paper: "Sodium benzoate-induced oxidative stress hampers reproductive functions by disrupting kisspeptin and RFRP-3 expression in male rats." The second paper: "Glycyrrhizic acid action with intracerebroventricular injection on feed intake, body temperature, and blood chemistry in inflamed Ross 308 broiler breeder cockerels." The lecturer stated that he was selected as a reviewer for the journal published in the Netherlands. It is worth noting that the research will be published in Heliyon Veterinary Science, a Q1 journawith a Cite score of 4.5 from Elsevier. He added that the research has been approved for evaluation by the Web of Science website within the Clarivate containers.
