The development course in psychological counseling and educational guidance held by the Presidency of Kirkuk University in the College of Veterinary Medicine concluded with a lecture entitled “Rumor, Electronic Blackmail and Extremism” in the presence of the Dean of the College, Lecturer Dr. Mahmoud Adeeb Agha.The head of the university's guidance department, the heads of the psychological guidance units, and a number of college members. The workshop included a lecture in which Mr. Qais Abdul Amir Al-Hussaini, the coordinator of religious and community guidance, moral guidance, and psychological operations in the northern governorates, explained the Ministry of Interior's interest in providing the emergency number 911.Which includes the police, fire and emergency ambulance, where he explained the mechanism of work with this number and what are the procedures followed by the Ministry of Interior regarding any phone call from any citizen, pointing out that the Ministry is keen to implement the law and provide the necessary protection for citizens.He stressed that the Ministry is working hard to solve all security problems and disputes such as electronic blackmail, religious, sectarian and national fanaticism and extremism, in addition to addressing drug issues, sexual harassment, domestic violence and others.
