English As part of the activities of the Iraqi Week for Volunteer Work, the College of Veterinary Medicine held a service initiative for voluntary veterinary care, with the participation of the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Mahmoud Adeeb Agha, Head of the Volunteer Work Committee, Prof. Dr. Salwa Gerges, Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, members of the veterinary clinic, and college students. The initiative included examining, diagnosing, and treating pets at the veterinary clinic in the college for two consecutive days, and receiving all disease cases. This initiative comes to enhance communication between animal breeders and answer their inquiries about the problems they may face regarding disease cases.
