English The College of Veterinary Medicine held a discussion session entitled "Introducing the Code of Conduct", in the presence of the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Mahmoud Adeeb Agha, and the college's members. The session included a lecture given by Assistant Professor Walid Mahdi Abdullah and Sazan Burhan al-Din, in which he addressed the definition of the Code of Conduct and the nature of the duties that the employee must adhere to, taking into account the rules of conduct that were established with the aim of achieving justice and equality for all employees, and establishing the rules and standards of ethical behavior that ensure the correct, honorable and proper performance of public office duties. The lecturer recommended the necessity of employees and those assigned to work to provide services by performing their job duties and dealing with all transparency, clarity and neutrality without exception, negligence or discrimination on national or sectarian grounds, in addition to the necessity of observing human rights and adhering to the legal and constitutional controls in force through their performance of their tasks and job duties.
