The College of Veterinary Medicine holds an awareness-raising lecture on the phenomenon of suicide.

 The Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit held a counseling lecture entitled The Phenomenon of Suicide, delivered by the Guidance Unit Officer, Prof. Dr. Shahad Abbas Ali, in which she touched on the causes and motives for suicide, which is often due to despair, psychological disorders, alcoholism, and drug abuse, as well as stress factors such as financial difficulties or the death of a loved one. And other causes of suicide motives. The lecture recommended enhancing self-confidence and pride, maintaining balanced family standards, and avoiding the use of drugs.
