As part of its continuing education activities, the College of Veterinary Medicine held a panel discussion entitled (Organized Crime within the Framework of International and Local Laws) in the presence of the teaching staff and associates. The panel included a lecture delivered by Prof. Dr. Mahmoud Adeeb Fattah, in which he pointed out that organized crime with its new elements represents a major danger facing all countries, whether Developed or developing, so the international community has tried, especially recently, to develop appropriate solutions in order to limit or eliminate this criminal phenomenon through the legislation of international and local laws and agreements.
The lecturer recommended intensifying national efforts to confront this criminal phenomenon and also spreading awareness in society through holding seminars and lectures.
