The veterinary teaching clinic receives a sick case

Under the guidance of the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Shahd Abbas Al-Attar, and as part of the activities of the veterinarians at the Veterinary Teaching Clinic in the College of Veterinary Medicine, and with the participation of fifth-year students and the laboratory department, a case of a mare suffering from chronic tendinitis in the forelegs was presented. The condition was diagnosed after conducting the necessary clinical and laboratory examinations. The case was treated with platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections. The owner was also advised to follow veterinary instructions and guidelines to avoid health complications. It is worth noting that all health and treatment services are provided free of charge at the Veterinary Teaching Clinic.
