A lecturer from the College of Veterinary Medicine obtains a patent from the Federal Republic of Germany

Prof. Qasim Sakran Al-Bayati, a lecturer at the College of Veterinary Medicine, obtained a patent for the formulation of promising crystals for the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases. The patent, titled "Effective Pharmaceutical Formulation for the Development of Synthetic Drugs in the Treatment of Neurodegenerative Disorders," was issued by the National Patent Authority (DPMA) in the Federal Republic of Germany in Munich.
Al-Bayati explained that the patent, which he obtained in collaboration with a group of international researchers from prestigious international universities, is used to increase the effectiveness and reduce the potential side effects of new ingredients, thus significantly contributing to the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases.
Al-Bayati's patent application is part of his active participation in publishing scientific research in specialized and prestigious international journals, enhancing the scientific standing of the University of Kirkuk in international and regional forums.
