The College of Veterinary Medicine organized a celebration on the occasion of the Prophet's birthday, with the attendance of college members. The celebration included a speech by the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Shahd Abbas Al-Attar, in which she addressed the sublime meanings and content of the divine message conveyed by the Prophet of Mercy, Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him. This unlettered prophet was sent as a mercy to the worlds. He, peace and blessings be upon him, said of himself, "I was sent to perfect good morals." God Almighty sent him as a blessing and light to dispel the darkness of ignorance, misguidance, disbelief, and polytheism. He, peace and blessings be upon him, was a role model in morals, a symbol of truthfulness and honesty, and a preacher of justice, equality, brotherhood, and tolerance among all humankind. God honored him above all His creation by saying, "And indeed, you are of a great moral character."
