Human Resources Division
It means the general administration of the college in terms of movements, appointments, issuing controls and instructions, and also most of the units that take care of the sustainability of the college in terms of infrastructure and everything related to the affairs of teachers and employees.
Main tasks
Issuing administrative orders for the main and temporary committees.
Promotions, academic promotions, bonuses and career advancement.
Granting endorsement letters to affiliates (teachers and employees).
He wrote letters of thanks, appreciation, punishments, and all long and short vacations.
Issuing instructions, directives, and orders for assignment and completion of installation.
Preserving and archiving all incoming and outgoing books from the administrative, accounting, legal and media departments.
Saving and archiving personal files (teachers and employees)
Updates regarding annual staffing matching and job description.

Files unit
It was established since the founding of the College of Veterinary Medicine / University of Kirkuk. The tasks of the Records Unit are:
Arranging personal files for all permanent teachers and employees in our college
Maintaining the status of special administrative orders for each employee and teacher
Preserving folders from damage by placing them in secure iron clippers
