Biochemistry Laboratory

This laboratory focuses on the study of chemical and biological processes in the animal body, including the structure and functions of proteins, lipids, carbohydrates, and enzymes. Students are trained to perform biochemical analyses of blood, urine, and other bodily fluids to diagnose and monitor diseases and understand physiological changes.

The following subjects are studied:

* Histology: Students study the normal tissues that make up the organs of the animal body to identify them and use them later in the study of the same tissues in pathology.

* Physiology: Students study the normal functions of the various organs and systems of the animal body and the internal and external factors that affect these functions.

* Biochemistry: Students study medical biochemistry, including the metabolism of all food components and the toxic effects of drugs on the functions of different body systems.

* Animal Nutrition: Students study animal feeding methods, the effects of feed additives, and all the requirements for proper animal nutrition.
