English Audit Unit
The Unit is responsible for auditing all financial and administrative transactions and ensuring their compliance with the regulations and requirements approved by the Federal Board of Supreme Audit. The Unit is administratively affiliated with the Dean of the College.
Responsibilities of the Audit Unit
- Auditing the accounts of the investment plan in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Ensuring that purchasing procedures are carried out in accordance with the issued laws and regulations.
- Preparing periodic reports and submitting them to the Dean of the College.
- Periodically auditing the Higher Education Fund accounts.
- Auditing the records of liabilities related to fixed assets and comparing them with the actual assets available in the departments.
- Contributing to the allocation of financial appropriations within the annual budgets and following up on their expenditure.
- Auditing the final budget accounts, the Higher Education Fund, and the Evening Education accounts.
