Student Registration Requirements

Required documents and items for newly admitted students:

1. Original High School Preparatory Certificate (Transcript) + (2 color copies).
2. Central Acceptance document showing the student's name.
3. Student Health Record Card.
4. Civil Status ID or Unified National Card (2 color copies) for the student, mother, and father.
5. Iraqi Nationality Certificate or Unified National Card (2 color copies) for the student, mother, and father.
6. Residence Card (2 color copies).
7. Ration Card (2 color copies).
8. Medical Examination Form.
9. Six (6) recent color photographs with a white background in a special envelope, plus a digital copy stored on a CD along with the documents above.
10. Electronic payment receipt (Mastercard / Visa).

1. Save all required student documents and folder labels in Arabic format onto a CD.
2. Bring the original documents in person to receive your ID code, complete online registration, and commence your studies.
