The College of Veterinary Medicine at Kirkuk University was established in the academic year 2013-2014. The aim of its establishment was to prepare scientific cadres specialized in veterinary medicine to contribute to protecting animals from diseases, diagnosing diseases when they occur, and treating them in order to preserve and develop livestock and increase their production efficiency.
