Studies and Planning Division

Studies and Planning Division:The division was established in 2023 after it was a unit, as the previous answers were within the duties of the scientific division. The Studies and Planning Division is linked to the office of the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs and to the Studies and Planning Department at the Presidency of Kirkuk University. Among the most important tasks of the division are preparing the organizational structure of the college, organizing and following up on the creation of divisions and administrative units, preparing a database of college staff and updating it periodically, and completing the university statistics for faculty members and the statistics of students in the college.

The division consists of the following units:-

University Statistics Unit
Data and Information Unit
Planning Unit

The main tasks of the division are:

1. A database of faculty and staff names, including (name, nationality, gender, general and specific specialization, date of birth, date of appointment, academic degree and date of issuance, university position, and country of issuance).

2. Completion of the monthly report on changes to faculty and staff members (degrees, academic titles, appointments, retirements, resignations, changes of position, and extended leaves).

Monthly updating of the faculty and staff database.

3. Completion of the annual report concerning faculty and staff.

4. Completion of the annual report on conferences, seminars, courses, sports activities, and the administrative and academic structure.

5. Monitoring and responding to correspondence issued by the Studies, Planning, and Follow-up Division at the university on a regular basis.

6. Registration and publication of faculty research.

7. The ability to organize training courses in all disciplines.

8. Printing of all correspondence related to the Studies and Planning Division, including correspondence and responses. 9- Miscellaneous duties and tasks as required by the job.
