The Faculty of physical education and sports sciences at the University of Kirkuk organized a lecture on the importance and duties of tests and measurement in the field of sports of higher levels for students .
The lecture delivered by the head of team sports department asst.prof Dr. weyam Amer Abdullah, explained how to evaluate the general and special training situation of players, early detection of talented people and guiding the training process in the economy of effort, time and money.
The lecture included discussing the concepts of educating the athlete on independence and self-reliance, which is by making decisions in the game without referring to the coach, in addition to knowing the basics of evaluating the training process, setting standards and matching them with the results of tests and measurements recorded by the player.
