Two researchers at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences publish scientific research in an international journal
A lecturer at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Kirkuk University, lecturer Professor Fouad Abdel-Latif Ghaidan and researcher Muhammad Adel Jamal published their research entitled Self-Efficacy and its Relationship to the Volleyball Serving Skill of Kirkuk Educational Team Players.

The study dealt with identifying self-efficacy and its relationship to performing the serving skill in volleyball, and studying the conditions of the game, which require the athlete to exert the maximum possible of his physical abilities, skills, and tactical knowledge because he faces an unknown competitor, which requires him to evaluate and self-regulate his thoughts, actions, and emotions.
The results showed that there is a significant relationship between self-efficacy and the volleyball serving skill for the selected sample, and some skills can be developed by developing self-efficacy.
