The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences organizes a qualitative lecture on psychological skills in the sports field
The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Kirkuk University organized a qualitative lecture on psychological skills in the sports field, delivered by M. Ali Burhan Al-Bazzaz, in the presence of the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Ahmed Saber, his assistants for administrative and scientific affairs, and a number of faculty and students.
The lecture aimed to introduce psychological skills, methods of training them, and the role of the psychologist and sports coach in developing these skills among players from the first stages of training.
The lecture included an explanation of the importance of psychological skills, which are no less important than physical and mental skills and contribute effectively to achieving successful performance in competition.
