Introductory message
The Engineering Consulting Office / Kirkuk University, which specializes in engineering consulting services and structural, electrical, mechanical, and chemical designs related to oil, gas, water resources, and the environment, is pleased to provide all its consulting services. The office has a specialized engineering, technical and administrative staff, in addition to the necessary devices and equipment to fulfill its obligations. Our office has implemented many projects, such as engineering consultations, designs, and design approval for the benefit of many government departments and private companies, and we would like to cooperate with you in serving our governorate in particular and our dear country in general, in a way that is consistent with the requirements of the stage and the technical specifications required because we have the experience and ability to implement all the work that falls within the jurisdiction of our office.
In order for us to ensure that Kirkuk University has the optimal role in the reconstruction of our dear province, we hope to extend an invitation to our office to participate in the work available to you and falling within our jurisdiction.

About the establishment of the office
The Engineering Consulting Office - Kirkuk University was established based on the decision of the University Council Secretariat dated 4/9/2014 and a reference to the letter of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research/Opinion Commission No. 12 S/898 dated 4/3/2014, which included the approval of His Excellency the Minister to establish the Engineering Consulting Office Based on Law No. (7) of 1997, it began its activity as of the date of the first meeting of the supervisory body, which was held on 5/13/2014.

Excellence and leadership in providing solid consulting services by working in accordance with international quality standards.
The message :
Working to provide a scientific reference that works to provide specialized consultations, and conduct research, studies and designs for projects with the aim of supporting the development process in the governorate in particular and the country in general, serving the community, and building partnerships and cooperation with the public and private sectors .
Office objectives
1- Providing consultations, services, and scientific, technical, and training expertise to state departments and the private sector.
2- Contributing to the design of various projects, approving plans, and supervising their implementation.
3- Contributing to raising the level of practicing the profession in Iraq, involving teaching staff in the work of direct executive state institutions, and cohesive ideas with the field of work.
4- Exchanging experiences with similar offices and relevant authorities.
The efforts made towards achieving the above objectives have resulted in contracts with many government institutions and the private sector, where many consulting contracts for projects were concluded.

20- A project to redesign the foundations of a 12-grade school in the Shorja area, and a statement of the mechanism for implementing the foundations, which belongs to Al-Naba Al-Aali Contracting Company.
21 - A project to certify the maps and designs of a 24-class school, a structural type of building, belonging to the contractor in Shtiwan Siddiq.
22 - A project to redesign the foundations of two schools in the Aden district and a statement of the mechanism for implementing the building foundations, which is affiliated with the Laysan Contracting Company.
23 - A project to redesign the foundations of a 12-grade school building in the Imam Qasim area, affiliated with Jabal Qandil Contracting Company.
24- An engineering consultation project on the retaining wall of the Banja Ali station building, affiliated with the Kirkuk Electricity Distribution Directorate.
25 - Engineering consultation on MPS central cooling devices in the control building in the Arafa area, affiliated with the Kirkuk Electricity Distribution Directorate.
26 - A project to design k-span sheds for the gates of the Baiji refinery, which is affiliated with the Oil Projects Company.
27- A project to provide assistance in preparing designs for a medical dispensary building in Dibs district.
28- An engineering consultation project on changing the design of the foundations of a 12-grade school in the Dar 2000 area - Arafa / Kirkuk.
29- A project to examine construction materials and prepare a concrete mix with a bearing strength (38 MPa) and a lifespan of 28 days, along with examining the wax covering material used to reduce evaporation from concrete, which is the material used in building a 400-bed hospital in Kirkuk.
30- Auditing and approving the designs of a 24-class school in Kirkuk, implemented using the Pre-cast concrete method. The work includes auditing the architectural, civil (except the foundations), mechanical and sanitary designs of the building for the contractor company in Shtiwan Siddiq Hassan.
31- Providing the necessary advice on the engineering condition of a building that is the subject of one of the urgent cases in the Court of First Instance - Kirkuk, based on the court’s request.
32- Approval of the original and updated civil works plans and electrical, mechanical and sanitary plans for the Cardiac Surgery Center building in Kirkuk - Kirkuk Governorate Health Department.
33- Completing the environmental report on the status of the heavy water filtration station in the North Oil Company.
34. Approval of the construction and architectural plans for a 12-grade school in the Javan City complex, affiliated with Qubad General Contracting Company.
35- An engineering consultation contract was signed between the office and the General Company for Gas Filling and Services regarding the possibility of building an additional floor for the company’s two-story building.
36- Engineering consultation and making the appropriate recommendation to address the placement teams for the foundations of an 18-class school building in the Prisoners and Missing Persons neighborhood / Kirkuk.
37- Making appropriate amendments and approving the foundation plans for a 12-grade school in the Marjan City Residential Investment Project / Kirkuk.
38- Making appropriate amendments and approving the foundation plans for a 12-grade school in the Rawan City Residential Investment Project / Kirkuk.
