Legal Division:
The tasks and objectives of the Legal Division are summarized in several important matters:
1 - Teamwork in harmony with all employees of the Legal Division in order to conduct the Division’s affairs in an orderly manner.
2 - Proposing ideas and solutions in order to apply legal texts in a manner consistent with the act, incident, or topic under consideration.
3 - Developing executable plans and programs within a legal and legitimate framework.
4 - Adaptation to the situation and the ability to work at specific times.
5 - Organizing legal contracts within the framework of legislation.
6 - Responding to legal consultations and developing appropriate solutions.
7 - Clarifying the legal texts and controls for all employees and students related to the discipline of students and employees while they are in the workplace or studying.
8 - Participation in permanent and temporary committees, whether investigative or otherwise.
9 - Answering legal letters issued by the Presidency of Kirkuk University or the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, according to the timings specified in the books.
10 - Managing the affairs of employees and students in accordance with controls and instructions.
