The College of Pharmacy holds a discussion session entitled (The Field of Medical Physics)

The College of Pharmacy organized several discussion panels entitled (Field of Medical Physics) on Tuesday 4/23/2024.

The discussion panel included several lectures given by first-year students in the field of medical physics applications under the supervision of Assistant Lecturer Hanadi Hussein Sharqi.

The discussion panel explains the importance of these applications for students of the College of Pharmacy during the use of their fields in the basic treatment of many diseases, as well as their importance in diagnosing diseases through branches of medical physics such as radiotherapy and nuclear medicine for cancer patients, most notably the use of gamma rays, medical radiology, diagnostic radiology, X-rays, red, the importance of magnetic resonance imaging, laser devices and thermal ultrasound, in addition to many aspects that the message of medical physics for humans focuses on.
