The Student Activities Division at the College of Pharmacy organized a seminar titled "Treatment Using Optical and Nuclear Physics."

The session, presented by Dr. Hanadi Hussein Sharqi, addressed several themes regarding the role of optical and nuclear physics in medical therapeutic applications for first-year students. The event included an open discussion to enhance scientific understanding and bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application.

The seminar highlighted the physical foundations of modern therapeutic techniques, particularly the role of optical physics in light and laser-based treatments, and the role of nuclear physics in diagnostics and radiotherapy. It also explored the scientific and humanitarian dimensions of these applications in the medical field.
