The College of Media promotes awareness of students' psychological well-being through a specialized guidance lecture.

As part of its annual agenda and in a commitment to fostering a supportive university environment, the Student Activities Division—specifically the Cultural Unit—at the College of Media organized an educational and guidance lecture titled "Psychological Security and Its Role in Enhancing University Students' Mental Health."

The lecture addressed the concept of psychological security as a fundamental pillar of personal and academic stability. It highlighted the role of such security in facilitating adaptation to university life, managing anxiety and academic pressures, and building a balanced personality grounded in positive thinking and healthy social relationships.

The Dean of the College of Media, Professor Dr. Maad Assi Ali, emphasized that organizing such events reflects the College's dedication to providing a holistic university environment. This environment integrates academic achievement with attention to students' psychological and social well-being, thereby supporting their academic journeys and enhancing their stability during their university years.

The lecture saw active student participation through comments and questions regarding time management and coping with the pressures of studies and examinations. Discussions also covered skills that foster psychological balance and adaptation to the demands of university life, with a commitment to continuing the organization of purposeful guidance and educational programs throughout the academic year.
