Professor Dr. Maad Assi Ali, Dean of the College of Media at Kirkuk University, received the Assistant President of the University for Administrative and Financial Affairs and a member of the Central Examination Committee, along with the Assistant Deans for Administrative Affairs, during a field visit aimed at monitoring the progress of final examinations and assessing the level of preparation and organization within the college.
The visit included an inspection tour of the classrooms and examination halls, and a review of the ongoing maintenance and renovation work in the college's facilities, which contributes to providing a suitable university environment for students. The visit also included a review of the examination committee's operational mechanisms and the organizational procedures adopted in managing examinations, as well as monitoring the readiness of the halls and their compliance with the necessary requirements according to the applicable ministerial instructions and regulations.
The visit emphasized the importance of integration and coordination between the examination committees and the administrative and technical departments, which enhances the smooth flow of the examination process and raises the level of institutional performance within the college.
For his part, Professor Dr. Maad Assi Ali affirmed the college’s commitment to continuous field monitoring of maintenance, rehabilitation, and preparation of classrooms and examination halls, stressing the need to provide a suitable academic environment for students and full compliance with examination instructions and regulations, in order to ensure that examinations are conducted in a safe and organized environment, and to reflect the level of administrative and academic integrity of the College of Media.
