As part of its efforts to develop administrative skills and keep pace with digital transformation, the College of Administration and Economics / Department of Business Administration organized a workshop titled:
“Developing E-Management Skills Toward Effective Digital Leadership”
The workshop was held on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, and was presented by Assistant Professor Shoaib Mohammed Shareef.
✨ The workshop addressed the importance of e-management in enhancing efficiency, transparency, and the speed of task completion within academic institutions. It also highlighted the concepts of digital leadership and its role in enabling university leaders to effectively deal with the requirements of digital transformation.
The workshop further discussed the key skills that leaders need in the digital era, along with modern technological tools that contribute to improving administrative performance and achieving effective communication between departments and staff members.
💡 This workshop comes as part of a series of scientific activities organized by the college in support of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s efforts to build smart and modern university administration systems that keep pace with technological advancement and contribute to achieving sustainable development.
