Professor Dr. Suzan Abdul-Ghani Ali, a faculty member at the College of Administration and Economics, participated as a member of the discussion committee for a doctoral dissertation specializing in Industrial Management. The dissertation was titled: “The Impact Relationship of Lean Quality Management and Sustainable Manufacturing Practices: The Moderating Role of Artificial Intelligence – A Field Study at the State Company for Electrical and Electronic Industries/ Baghdad,” conducted at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul.
The study reached a set of important conclusions, most notably that artificial intelligence plays a pivotal role in enhancing the impact of lean quality management toward achieving sustainable manufacturing. This is accomplished by utilizing intelligent technologies and algorithms to raise the efficiency of production processes, improve product quality, and better meet customer needs, in addition to supporting the organization's environmental performance and strengthening its capacity to achieve sustainability goals.
