Within the activities of the Continuous Education Division, the College of Administration and Economics organized a training workshop in cooperation with the Commission of Integrity in Kirkuk, titled: "Developing the Capabilities of Auditors in Banking Aspects and Systems."
The workshop aimed to enhance the principles of transparency and integrity in institutional work, particularly in financial and banking aspects. It focused on introducing participants to the concepts of financial and administrative corruption and ways to prevent it in accordance with approved legal frameworks.


The workshop also addressed the role of auditors in detecting violations and strengthening internal control systems within institutions, as well as highlighting the legislation and instructions issued by the Commission of Integrity and the mechanisms for their practical application.

The workshop sought to develop the analytical and auditing skills of the participants, enabling them to detect cases of financial manipulation or fraud, alongside promoting a culture of accountability and professional commitment in the work environment.


The workshop lectures were delivered by Lecturer Dr. Baraa Al-Bazzawi and Ms. Vian Mohammed, who provided a scientific and practical presentation that contributed to enriching the participants' knowledge and developing their professional capabilities.


In conclusion, the college emphasized that this workshop comes as part of its continuous efforts to build qualified cadres capable of supporting integrity and enhancing trust in government and financial institutions.
