Faculty Member from the College of Computer Science and Information Technology Participates in an International Scientific Conference

Prof. Dr. Burhan Fakhruddin Juma, a faculty member at the College of Computer Science and Information Technology, participated in the 17th International Scientific Conference. The event was hosted by the University of Sulaimani and organized by the Iraqi Mathematical Society in collaboration with the College of Science at the University.

Prof. Juma stated that his participation in the conference included serving on the Scientific Committee and chairing a session on Mathematics. Additionally, he served on the Conference’s Closing Committee. His contributions involved discussing and evaluating submitted scientific research papers, as well as supervising the organization of scientific sessions to enhance the conference’s academic outcomes.

Furthermore, Prof. Juma commended the College of Computer Science and Information Technology for its commitment to supporting faculty participation in international scientific forums. He emphasized that such support enhances the University of Kirkuk’s academic standing and expands research collaboration with local and international scientific institutions.
