The college was established on 8/12/2012, admission to the college is subject to the central admission plan for faculties of education in the universities of Iraq and works to implement the slogan (universities in community service) through its openness to educational and industrial institutions.

The duration of study in college is four years and it follows the annual teaching system. The college grants a bachelor’s degree in the main specializations in it according to the scientific departments
