"The College of Pharmacy organizes the activities of the third edition of the 'Read' (Iqra) initiative."

As part of the third edition of the 'Read' (Iqra) initiative, launched by the President of Kirkuk University, Professor Dr. Imran Jamal Hassan, and under the supervision of the Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Professor Dr. Mohammed Talaat Abbas, the Faculty of Pharmacy announces the commencement of the initiative’s activities on Wednesday, February 4, 2026.

The initiative aims to foster a culture of reading, enhance students' intellectual capacities, and encourage the development of their scientific and cognitive skills. This contributes to building a conscious academic personality capable of innovation and excellence.

The Deanship of the College invites all students to participate actively in this initiative, given its positive role in supporting the college library and competing for the title of 'Best Library in the University'
