Since the establishment of the College of Pharmacy at the University of Kirkuk in 2018, a plan has been developed based on the college's goals, vision, and mission. This plan aims to elevate the college to the level of pharmacy colleges in Iraqi and international universities and achieve accreditation through the application of quality assurance standards. The college's deanship and the university have made significant efforts to develop the college at all levels, and efforts continue to achieve these established goals.
College Vision:
For the college to shine as a beacon of knowledge that inspires generations and establishes its name in the sky of academic excellence and pharmaceutical innovation locally, regionally, and globally. It aims to be a leading institution in pharmaceutical education and scientific research, supported by artificial intelligence technologies, to form a bridge between pharmaceutical creativity and digital innovation, and to motivate generations capable of shaping the future of the pharmaceutical industry with a smart and sustainable approach, enhancing drug safety in service of society.
College Mission:
We are inspired by a passion for discovery and knowledge by supporting sound scientific research. We strive to cultivate creative pharmacists who possess a spirit of research and innovation, as well as advanced scientific and technical skills in various fields of pharmacy. They will lead the development of drugs and pharmaceutical care methods in the service of humanity and society. We design smart, personalized learning environments that rely on student data analysis to improve academic performance, empower pharmaceutical research with machine learning technologies, and launch digital advisory platforms powered by artificial intelligence to provide accurate drug recommendations and virtual health services to the community.
College Objectives:
1. Developing Curricula:
Regularly reviewing and updating the curriculum to keep pace with global developments in pharmaceutical sciences and pharmaceutical technology.

Building an interactive learning environment that encourages students to think critically and conduct scientific investigations, motivating them to create innovative pharmaceutical solutions, and allocating advanced research resources to enable faculty members and students to launch pioneering projects that will take the pharmaceutical industry to new heights.

Organizing awareness campaigns, training courses, and free pharmacy clinics aims to improve medication safety among various groups.
4. Professional and Academic Partnerships:
Establishing cooperatives and partnerships with industrial, healthcare, and academic entities inside and outside Iraq to enhance opportunities for practical training and scientific exchange.

Adopting advanced administrative and technical systems that support the quality of academic, research, and service processes, with an emphasis on digital transformation and data management.
