Dean of the College of Nursing Congratulates the Assistant President of Kirkuk University for Administrative Affairs on Assuming Office

Professor Dr. Hiwa Sttar Salih, Dean of the College of Nursing, accompanied by the Scientific and Administrative Assistant Deans, as well as a number of faculty members and staff, extended his congratulations and best wishes to Professor Dr. Rebar Mohammed Saeed on the occasion of assuming the position of Assistant President of Kirkuk University for Administrative Affairs.
