Vision :-
The division aspires to develop evaluation and performance policies and mechanisms at the College of Nursing in a manner that ensures credibility, transparency, objectivity, and fairness, thereby qualifying the division to compete and obtain accreditation locally and internationally.

Message :-
The division seeks to provide technical support to enhance the quality of the educational process and the performance efficiency of students, faculty members, and administrative staff. It aims to maintain an outstanding level of quality for lecture halls, equipment, facilities, and services in accordance with standard criteria. Furthermore, it prepares the College of Nursing to ensure quality, continuously improve the educational process, serve the environment and society, and qualify the college to obtain accreditation.

Objectives :-
1.Evaluate academic, administrative, and community performance to develop the educational and research processes and community service, while enhancing the application of leadership, quality improvement, and management concepts in nursing practice.
2.Spread the culture of quality and raise awareness about the importance of implementing evaluation programs among all staff members in the college.
3. Develop and monitor the implementation of an executive plan to improve the college's educational outputs and learning outcomes..
4.Support the comprehensive quality assurance and accreditation process, and encourage all scientific departments to participate in fulfilling all accreditation requirement
5. Preparing and reviewing periodic and annual self-evaluation reports that are considered a reference for the various executive actions of the college administration.
6. Ensure the college fulfills the requirements and standards of the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation to establish and activate an internal quality assurance system based on the axes of institutional capacity and educational effectiveness.
