Teachers of the College of Law and Political Science lecture at a training workshop at the College of Education for Pure Sciences

In the presence of a number of teachers at the college and university and members of the Kirkuk Provincial Council, a number of professors from the College of Law and Political Science presented a lecture in a training workshop held by the Continuing Education Division in the College of Education for Pure Sciences under the title: The role of financial oversight in combating financial and administrative corruption.
The workshop was attended by Assistant Professor Dr. Hashem Hussein Ali, Head of the Iraqi Academics Syndicate, Kirkuk Branch, and Lecturer Dr. Karim Zidan Khalaf, presenting practical and analytical studies.

The workshop included several interventions and discussions from the attendees, and the workshop ended with several recommendations, the most prominent of which was the proposal of a number of amendments to the amended Financial Supervision Bureau Law No. 31 of 2011, and continuing to establish joint scientific activities between academics and members of the Governorate Council in an effort to integrate the legal aspect with practical application. In the local community, and keen to increase awareness among individuals in order to evaluate government work and reduce the phenomenon of corruption in all its forms
