The message aimed to shed light on the development of relations between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Islamic Republic of Iran in light of the 2023 agreement and the role of the agreement in improving relations between the two countries as a result of the diplomatic efforts made by both sides with Iraqi and Omani efforts and under Chinese sponsorship.

The message concluded that the agreement will open the way for a broader partnership in multiple fields, diplomatic, security and economic between the two countries. It is likely to be the beginning of a geostrategic change to pool the capabilities of the region. It gives strong signals of the possibility of getting out of the illusion of sectarian conflict, overthrowing the possibilities of escalation or tension and devoting oneself to rebuilding policies and interests.
