The thesis aimed to establish a legal regulation specific to electronic sports, especially since the Republic of Iraq has recognized electronic sports and a sports federation has been established for electronic sports.
The message concluded that e-sports is a modern phenomenon, witnessing rapid growth in the world, at the national and international levels, and is practiced through the digital space, and e-sports tournaments are an opportunity to communicate and interact with other players from all over the world.
